You can perform Planned Maintenance based on time or running conditions. When you use time, you execute maintenance based on a preset period, e.g. the labelling machine must be cleaned every 10 days to prevent glue buildup. When you use running conditions, you plan maintenance based on an operating condition, e.g. the labelling machine must be cleaned after 100 operating hours to prevent glue buildup.Request Demo
Predictive Maintenance is based on data from the IoT Hub and Early Equipment Maintenance. With this data set, combined with machine learning and analytics, our platform predicts when maintenance is necessary. For example, the platform recognizes that several workers have requested the same Corrective Maintenance. The ventilator of a machine starts squeaking after 30 and respectively 40 operating hours. The system automatically plans maintenance for the ventilator after 28 hours, to prevent recurrence of this issue.Request Demo
